Juan Tomas Pascual, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 3:19 am

Warren Drake Character, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence and Resisting Arrest at 7:30 pm

 

3 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at 3^rd Street SE and Turner Ave SE, Carol Sue Wilborn age 44 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Cadillac SRX was struck by a driver of a Ford F150 that left the scene of the accident. Wilborn and passenger Kristen Nicole Wilborn, age 26 of Fort Payne, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
