Theft of Property – Occurred at 603 Williams Ave NE, assorted tools, plumbing tools, a Stihl chainsaw, air compressor, Poulan leaf blower, and a Stihl weed eater were taken, valued at $1025.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1102 Big Wills Drive NW, a golf sign, four tee markers, two flags and poles, four bunker rakes, a gas line/water line marker, and a pond sign were taken, valued at $1570.00

William Thomas King, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:13 am

Jacob Lee Owens, age 22 of Fyffe, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication at 3:03 am

Joseph Brinson Buffington, age 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested for Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Assault and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 2:47 pm

Joey Timothy Davis, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:23 pm

Colby Jacob Nikiah Wells, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:13 pm
