Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE Apt D 5, a debit card, a ID card, and $700.00 in currency were taken

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 601 Ave S, gas in a 2017 Ford Edge was damaged, valued at $300.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 100 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a shirt, Ariat boots, and two merchandise scanners were taken, valued at $651.99

Rolando Jaquez Bazan, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 2:15 am

Tammie Lynette Pendergrass, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:39 pm

Amy Michelle Stiefel, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested of Possession of Controlled Substance, Theft of Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 7:22 pm

Vicki Lynn Tolbert, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs at 7:39 pm
