Holly Christine Harper, age 38 of Hazel Green, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:32 am

James Edward Fricks Jr, age 41 of Fyffe, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:32 am

Richard Dwayne Sanford Jr, age 34 of Vestavia Hills, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Combines Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:25 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Ronald Lamar Ogle, age 64 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado struck Katianna D Sims, age 37 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Ford Escape.  A 13 year old juvenile female in the Escape was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
