SUBJECT: Illegal House Party

On Friday, November 4^th a call came into the Fort Payne Police Department at 10:15 pm about a possible illegal house party.  Officers arrived at 1306 Clark Avenue NE to find several juveniles engaged in Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol.  Officers arrested 10 juveniles at the scene, seven males and three females for Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol, with one of the females also being charged with Illegal House Party. All were released to their parents or guardians.  The Fort Payne Police Department continues to ask the public if they see or expect illegal activity might be occurring to please contact the department at 256-845-1414.
