Adam Blake Young, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:23 pm

Carroll Allen Gammon, age 59 of Rainsville, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:22 pm

Bradley Lee Williams, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Possession of Controlled Substance at 7:19 pm

An accident with injury occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Pine Ridge Road SW, Herman Steven Medley, age 48 of Henagar, driving a 2006 Nissan Altima, stuck Robert Aston Hamm, age 19 of Rainsville, driving a 2005 Dodge Neon. Passenger in the Neon, Alyssa Maria Ann Weldon, age 30 of Rainsville, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
