Elfidio Thomas Diego, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 3:58 am

Brenton Duane Newcomb, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:29 pm

Tristan Kendall Blake, age 21 of Rainsville, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 6:56 pm

Christopher Wayne Roden, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:19 pm

Diego Gonzalez, age 31 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI at 9:22 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Scenic Road E and Lookout Terrace, Jose Miguel Felix Pedro, age 39 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Toyota Camry left the roadway and struck a tree. Passenger Ana Pedro, age 73 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
