Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 713 Forest Ave NW, the tailgate and fender on a 2008 Ford F150 were damaged, valued at $1000.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 509 16^th Street NE, $80.00 in currency was taken

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1214 Clark Ave NE, tail lights, fog lights and wires were damaged on a 2001 Nissan Xterra, valued at $250.00

David Wayne Shadrick, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence at 5:56 pm
