Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1008 Alabama Ave NW, two door glasses were damaged, valued at $300.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1100 Gault Ave N, license plate 28DT517 was taken, valued at $63.62

A 17 year old juvenile male of Rainsville was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:24 am

Scott Thomas Bell, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Contempt of Court and a Revocation Warrant at 1:40 pm

John Wesley Guinn, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside agency at 8:11 pm

Sunny Bridget Kay, age 38 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI at 10:49 pm
