Burglary – Occurred at 1909 Watkins Ave NE, coins, currency, Apple IPhone 6, ZTE cell phone, Apple IPad, RCA TV, Phillips TV, six Polo hats, X Box, X Box 360, Polaroid camera, Nike bag, and Rayban sunglasses were taken, valued at $4351.00

Burglary – Occurred at 2909 Gault Ave N, three torque wrenches, and Rubbermaid cart were taken, and carpet was damaged, valued at $ 1400.00

Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 200 Dekalb Plaza, a fender and bumper on a 2017 KIA was damaged, valued at $800.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 204 B Bear Creek Road NE, a Glock 22 handgun was taken, valued at $400.00

Nicky Lee Duncan, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 1:50 am

Katherine Michelle Thrift, age 41 of Section, was arrested for Theft of Property and Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 8:34 pm

Joseph Brinson Buffington, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Prescription at 8:57 pm

Christopher David Lee Flowers, age 20 of Fyffe, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol at 11:50 pm

Derrick Edward White, age 29 of Fyffe, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:50 pm
