Theft by Deception – Occurred at 1501 Clark Ave NE, a $1500.00 transaction was made that was a scam

Burglary – Occurred at 101 Tyler Ave NE, two skill saws and cleaning supplies were taken, valued at $180.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a Vera Bradly purse, debit card, Google Pixel cellphone and $300.00 in cash were taken, valued at $1200.00

Burglary – Occurred at 2150 Tony Creek Road NE, miscellaneous tools were taken, valued at $300.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2302 Gault Ave S, drywall was damaged, valued at $200.00

Michael Lewis Garrett, age 45 of Sylvania, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 9:02 pm

Tyler Quin Tipton, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:08 pm
