Ramsey Carleton Estes, age 56 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:06 am

Mauricio Lopez Chaves, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:19 pm

Christopher Paul Vincent, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:13 pm

An accident occurred on Cracker Barrel Road, Makayla Danielle Ross, age 23 of Rainsville, driving a 2012 KIA Rio LX, left the roadway and entered a creek. The vehicle submerged with the victim inside.
