Diego Andres Garcia, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Obstructing Governmental Operations and a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 4:46 am

Brenton Duane Newcomb, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:45 pm
