Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 1509 Glenn Blvd SW, damaged occurred to the driver’s side of a 2016 Nissan Rogue, valued at $5000.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 504 15^th Street NE, a door jam was damaged, valued at $150.00

Johnny Jackson Stone, age 47 of Attalla, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Public Intoxication and Public Lewdness at 8:45 pm

Gregorio Rodriguez, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Assault, Domestic Violence, Interference with a Domestic Violence Emergency and Resisting Arrest at 8:01 pm
