Ricky Earl Willyard II, age 34 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 11:54 pm

Manuel Manteo, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:12 am

Michael Visconti Argabright, age 18 of Athens, GA, was arrested for DUI and Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 9:39 pm

Tracy Oliver Dunkentell, age 58 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 9:24 pm

 

1 Accident with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Dillan Jared Garmany, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Honda Accord, struck Jimmie Houston Spillman, age 19 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Dodge Ram.  Garmany then struck Lori Beth Parker, age 36 of Rainsville, driving a 2019 Cadillac XT4. Garmany and passenger Donna Jeanne Garmany, age 61 of Fort Payne, were transported to Erlanger Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service
