Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, fifty-three miscellaneous food items and thirty household items were taken, valued at $521.01

Theft of Property – Occurred at 653 Godfrey Ave NE, miscellaneous Craftsman tools and two outdoor Lewis and Clark chairs were taken, valued at $145.00

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 601 Gault Ave S, a bumper on a 2019 Hyundai was damaged, valued at $200.00

Jeraca Layne Middlebrooks, age 30 of Collinsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:01 pm

Sunny Bridget Kay, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:26 pm

Terrie Holder Anderson, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:57 pm
