Burglary – Occurred at 6302 Oakhill Road NE, a Ryobi Hitachi table saw, Craftsmen 10” chop saw, Dewalt 12” dual bevel chop saw, Twin Tank air compressor, Duo-Fast framing nailer, Paslode finish nailer, Dewalt saw/screw gun, eight sets of deer antlers, Craftsman saw/screw gun, Craftsman hammer, assorted pry bars and hand tools, Dell computer, antique bow saw, Amish rocker were taken, and an exterior door was damaged, valued at $4277.00

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a fender on a 1994 Dodge Dakota was damaged, valued at $1000.00

Dustin Buron Galloway, age 31 of Scottsboro, was arrested for Theft of Property at 8:43 am

Shawna L Hughes, age 30 of Flat Rock, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:22 pm

Jeremy Wade Taylor, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Discharging Firearm Within the City Limits at 9:36 pm

John Daniel Jacobs, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Carrying Brass Knuckles at 8:55 pm

 

3 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Jordan Road SW, Christopher Shawn Bullock, age 20 of Rainsville, driving a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro, struck Jeremy Daniel Wofford, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, riding a 2007 Yamaha XVS. Wofford was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred on Desoto Parkway NE and Citadel Rock Road, Jonah Daniel Hale, age 19 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Dodge Durango, left the roadway striking a rock and ditch. Hale was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
