Christian Navarro, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:55 am

John Keith Williams, age 43 of Pisgah, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:13 pm
