Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, an election for the purpose of electing a mayor and five city council members will be held, and that all registered and qualified electors of the state who reside in the corporate limits of Fort Payne, Alabama, and have resided therein for 30 days or more immediately preceding the date of such election will be authorized to vote in said election.

Candidates may qualify for the elections beginning June 10th and ending June 24th at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Alabama Avenue North. The polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
