Theft of Property – Occurred at 3901 Williams Ave NE Apt A102, miscellaneous clothes and shoes were taken, valued at $200.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 414 9^th Street NW, a mailbox was damaged, valued at $50.00

Theft by Deception – Occurred at 1718 Gault Ave N, a $3415.00 transfer was made without funds

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 203 Gault Ave S, a rear window and a bed on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado were damaged, valued at $1150.00

 

2 Arrests

Courtney Ann Berry, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:37 am

Charles David Thomas, age 46 of Rome, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Two Warrants for Criminal Trespass and Violation of Court Order at 9:42 pm
