Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1004 Green Ave NW, an Apple iPhone 7s, a Samsung Tablet, drivers license, social security cards and two credit cards were taken, valued at $1300.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 717 Scenic Road E, an 8’x12’ enclosed trailer was taken, valued at $3000.00

Nicholas James Lane, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:32 pm

Courtney Grace Stamper, age 21 of Geraldine, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 5:37 pm

Santiago Bautista Cruz, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 6:54 pm

Alicia Leahanne Peters, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespass at 10:13 pm
