Crystal Jade Poe, age 26 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:00 am

Hannah Marie Smith, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Disorderly Conduct at 4:05 pm

An accident occurred at 49^th Street NW and Big Wills Drive NW, Mary Frances Colburn Dixson, age 57 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Toyota Highlander, struck Timothy William Pettit, age 58 of Fort Payne, driving a 1994 Chevrolet 3500. Colburn and Pettit were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
