Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 111 Airport Road W, a bag, a Lantis needle pen, Tandem Insulin Pump and eye glasses were taken, valued at $5250.00

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 500 Gault Ave S, charges of $82.39 were made without authorization

William Dangelo Provens, age 45 of Hollywood, was arrested on Two Charges of Harassment at 4:55 am

Jeffery Wayne Bowden, age 34 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 8:36 am

Andrew Lee Gamez, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for False Reporting to Law Enforcement at 9:36 am

Jonathan Blake Whisenant, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Nine Warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:24 pm

Jesse Joe Chastain, age 30 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 1:52 pm

Brian Bailey Estep, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:22 pm

Jeffery Wayne Bowden, age 34 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 6:30 pm

Timothy Houston Prater, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:11 pm

 

2 Accidents with 5 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 3^rd Street SE, Brandy Gisselle Martinez, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Hyundai Elantra struck Roberto Mendoza Ailon, age 31 of Collinsville, driving a 1998 Ford Explorer.  Both drivers were injured along with passengers in the Explorer, Francisco Pedro, age 20, Margarita Pedro Juan, age 20 and Caterina Tomas, age 51, all residents of Collinsville. Those injured were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
