Theft of Property – Occurred at 2013 Watkins Ave NE, a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe was taken, valued at $3000.00

Arson & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 900 Railroad Ave SE, a warehouse building with socks and yarn was damaged, a 1997 BMW 328i, Chevrolet 400, 2022 Toyota Camry, 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2019 Nissan Altima, 2007 Ford Explorer, 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, 2017 Chevrolet 2500, 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2017 Nissan Altima, 2002 Ford E 450 motorhome, International school bus, 1998 International 4200 roll back, and a 2009 Ford E 450 bus were damaged, valued at $479,000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $197.34

 

2 Arrests

Albert Arnold Moreland, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:06 am

Rigoberto Tzun Garcia, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 11:15 pm

 

5 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Grand Ave SW and 9^th Street SW, Jessica Loren Hullander, age 25 of Henagar, driving a 2017 Subaru Crosstreks, struck Drew Alexander Carroll, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.  Hullander was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred on I 59 and 49^th Street NW, Jonathan Christopher Myers, age 43 of Cisco, GA, driving a 2016 Freightliner left the roadway and struck a ditch. Myers was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 18^th Street NE, Maria Esmeralda Lorenzo Pedro, age 19 of Collinsville, driving a 2012 Nissan Versa, struck Macie Elizabeth Frasier, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Chevrolet Venture. Pedro also struck Logan Nathanial Brown, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue that was stationary. Pedro was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
