Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Occurred at 1151 Gault Ave S, a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta was taken, valued at $7500.00

Nicholas Lydon Orr, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Marijuana at 9:58 am

Patrick Adam Buffington, age 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 1:54 pm

An accident occurred at Heil parking lot, David Lee Clanton, age 53 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 GMC Sierra struck Daniel Robert Chitwood, age 35 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu. Chitwood was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
