Damaged Property – Occurred at 2301 Gault Ave S Lot 18, a windshield on a Honda Pilot was damaged, valued at $150.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1400 Gault Ave N, a 40’ chain gate was taken, valued at $100.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 500 Tyler Ave NE, a barricade, sign and a post reflector were damaged, valued at $265.00

Jimmie Elijah Shepard, age 37 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 12:09 am

Reyes Frasco Boyzo, age 19 of Valley Head, was arrested for Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement and Minor in Consumption of Alcohol at 4:58 am

Wendell Neil Bullard, age 31 of Fort Payne, driving a 1990 Ford F150, struck Darrell Lane Wells, age 55 of Fort Payne, riding a 2006 Harley Davidson FLH. Bullard was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
