Brenton Duane Newcomb, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Appearing in Public Under the Influence at 1:12 pm

Nicholas James Lane, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest at 6:24 pm

Amanda Elizabeth Jackson, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:15 pm

An accident occurred at Scenic Road E and Castlerock Drive E, Rachel Estelle Thomas, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2010 Dodge Avenger struck Doyle Shane Wells, age 48 of Fort Payne, driving a 2015 Ford Explorer. Passenger in the Explorer, Amy Michelle Beagles, age 35 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
