Unlawful Breaking and Entering – Occurred at 912 Railroad Ave SE, two Memphis 4000 watt amps, two Memphis 15” speakers, one Superbass Pro speaker box and one Memphis 2600 1000 watt amp were taken, valued at $3400.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1925 Jennings Road SE, siding on a house was damaged, valued at $1500.00

Aaron Wiley Jones, age 47 of Sylvania, was arrested for DUI at 4:07 pm

David Anthony Smith, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 4:44 pm

Tyler Levi Nappier, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:09 pm

Zane Paul Nelson, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:28 pm
