Theft of Property – Occurred at 2807 Gault Ave N, a 2014 Porsche Cayenne, an HP lap top and two suitcases with clothing were taken, valued at $120,750.00

Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 1210 Gault Ave S, a 2014 Nissan Versa was recovered, valued at $12000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 903 Forest Ave NW, an Econocraft battery was taken, valued at $73.00

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 3506 Oak Ave NW, charges of $1754.88 were made without authorization

Baltazar Vicente Diego, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 10:18 am

Eric Scott Wilbanks, age 36 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:48 pm

Marcus Laquon Maddox, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property at 7:14 pm
