Burglary – Occurred at 1109 Chitwood Ave SE, an impact drill and battery, three electric drills, Puller Body welder, short circuit detector, electric hand grinder, reciprocating saw, and a battery powered lamp were taken, valued at $1420.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2715 Alabama Ave NW, paint on a Hyundai Elantra was damaged, valued at $250.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1101 Chitwood Ave SE, thirty 48” x 48” wooden pallets were taken, valued at $120.00

David Ladelle Scales Jr., age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:08 am

Alan Boyd Prestwood, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:27 am

Reginald Hollis Brunson Jr, age 39 of Gadsden, was arrested on Two Charges Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:02 pm

Kenneth William Parker, age 61 of Cloudland, Ga, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:56 pm

An accident occurred at 39^th Street SW and Plains Ave SW, Glenda Bougit Moore, age 77 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Cadillac ATS left the roadway and struck a tree, Moore was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
