Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 7102 Portobello Road NW, charges of $213.24 were made without authorization

Amanda Brooke Phillips, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant to Hold for Court at 6:59 pm

Jason Delane Gorham Phillips, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant to Hold for Court at 6:59 pm

An accident occurred at 55^th Street NE and Gault Ave N,Sebastian Gamez, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Dodge Ram, left the roadway struck a culvert and over turned. Gamez was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
