Theft of Services – Occurred at 912 48^th Street NW, carpet cleaning services were ordered then not paid for, valued at $70.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 205 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet, debit card, and currency were taken, valued at $40.00

Jason Keith Wells, age 37 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 2:13 pm

James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 6:55 pm

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and 35^th Street NE, James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Ford Taurus stuck Maydalena Francisco, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe.  Francisco was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
