An accident occurred at I-59 and Glenn Blvd SW, Elizabeth Ann Packard, age 30 of Huntsville, driving a 2011 Hyundai, left the roadway, struck a guardrail and traveled into a ditch.  Packard was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
