Theft of Property – Occurred at 152 Lee Street NE Apt 105, prescription medication was taken, valued at $75.00

Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 107 7^th Street NW, a $20.00 bill was counterfeit

Matthew Scott Whaley, age 27 of Valley Head, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 2:55 pm

Sondra Denise Miller, age 57 of Centre, was arrested on Warrants for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 8:05 pm

Ryan Joseph Chambers, age 27 of Fyffe, was arrested for DUI and Disorderly Conduct at 8:41 pm

An accident occurred at Fisher Road NE and Desoto Pkwy NE, Buford Wayne Thomas, age 67 of Fort Payne, crossed an intersection and struck a building, Thomas was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
