Jeffery Elbert Townsel, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Revocation Warrant at 11:09 pm

April Lynn Evans, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:21 pm
