An accident occurred at Airport Road W and Houston Loop Road, a 17 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne, driving a 2009 Nissan Rouge, struck Kathy Ann Rice, age 67 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Nissan Xterra. The juvenile female was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
