Harold Eugene Harris III, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving Under the Influence of Any Substance at 12:59 pm

A 17 year old juvenile male of Collinsville, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 9:59 pm
