An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road NE and Mountain Road NE, Timothy Edward Burt, age 63 of Fort Payne, driving a 1978 Chevrolet C30, struck Marty Lee Baker, age 55 of Fort Payne, driving a 1991 Jeep Wrangler. Burt was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
