Bradley C Frederick, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Hindering Prosecution at 8:54 pm

Juan Pascual Miguel, age 55 of Rainsville, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 9:12 pm

Amanda Rose Hattabaugh, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice at 8:54 pm

Angel Roquelino Cruz, age 33 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI and Public Intoxication at 10:27 pm

An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Angel Roquelino Cruz, age 33 of Valley Head, driving a 2008 Mitsubishi, left the roadway and struck a tree. Randy Leonardo Cruz Aguirre, age 26 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
