Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 4500 Gault Ave N, a hood and front end on a 2005 Saturn Ion was damaged, valued at $1000.00

Burglary – Occurred at 1214 Fischer Road NE, a bicycle, 700 movies, a solar panel and a Yaesu ham radio were taken, valued at $5730.00

Israel Gonzalez Zatarain, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 10:21 am

Oliver Hall Morgan III, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Attempting To Elude Police, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest at 8:54 pm
