Byron Trey Peppers, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:47 am

Ricky James Scott, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:40 am

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 8^th Street S, a 17 year old juvenile male of Valley Head, driving a 2013 Buick Enclave, struck Sheila Hudgins McDaniel, age 63 of Gaylesville, driving a 2018 Nissan Altima. Passenger Leonard Lee James McDaniel, age 45 of Gaylesville,             was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
