Carole Faye Callahan, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:35 pm

Rita Faye Faulkner, age 67 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Services at 4:27 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 6^th Street NW, Clarence Kelley Jr, age 77 of Collinsville, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado struck Edward Vance Griffith, age 53 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Ford LGT, who then struck Jessica Marie Murdo Whitmore, age 38 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Toyota Camry. Mr. Kelley was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
