Fraudulent Use of Credit/ Debit Card – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, charges of $849.00 were made without authorization

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 101 Drinkard Ave NW, a door was damaged, valued at $2500.00

Eric Lee Walker, age 34 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 1:12 am

Crystal Vasquez, age 21 of Birmingham, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Combined Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:49 am

Joseph Wayne Willis, age 32 of Florence, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:55 pm

Isaac Lee Green, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Passing Stopped School Bus at 6:44 pm

Richard Gregory Akers, age 40 of Chattanooga, was arrested for DUI at 8:33 pm

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, a 17 year old female juvenile of Lindale, Ga, driving a 2012 Ford left the roadway and struck an embankment. The juvenile female was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
