Animal Complaint – Occurred at 1507 Clark Ave NE, forty chickens were killed by a dog, valued at $600.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 2707 Desoto Pkwy NE, two fender flares were damaged on a 2005 Honda CRV, valued at $300.00

Thomas Allen Sanders, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 11:13 am

Federico Belman Yebra, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 1:03 pm

Oliver Hall Morgan III, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication at 10:12 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Gloria Andres Juan, age 36 of Rainsville, driving a 2006 Lexus 300, struck Brenda Yeary, age 71 of Rainsville, driving a 2014 Toyota Avalon. Yeary was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
