Burglary – Occurred at 68 Sola Circle NE, a diamond ring, gold engagement ring, pinky diamond ring and clothing were taken, valued at $12500.00

Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card – Occurred at 501 Grand Ave NW, charges of $6033.78 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $114.72

Damaged Property – Occurred at 503 Godfrey Ave NE, siding and a wall on a house were damaged, valued at $10000.00

Melvin Shane Tucker, age 28 of Bryant, was arrested for Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 10:56 am

Stacey Allen Hart, age 45 of Trenton, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:44 am

Timothy Alexander Caton, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:23 am

A 17 year old female juvenile of Scottsboro was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:08 pm
