Jonathan Tyler Evans, age 31 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:08 am

Nicholas Lydon Orr, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tempering with Physical Evidence at 9:34 am

Daniel Paul Chapman, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:25 pm
