An accident occurred at Grand Ave NW and 19^th Street NW, Shelia Bailey, age 49 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, struck Clyde Chambers, age 84 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Toyota Camry. Chambers was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
