Cerjio Gaspar Lopez, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 4:06 pm

Jessica Brooke Goza, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:35 pm

Jacqueline Hurst Higgins, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 6:40 pm

Zanna Lee Patterson, age 24 of Fyffe, was arrested for DUI at 9:57 pm

Ben Harry Morris Jr, age 51of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:40 pm

7 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd SW and Airport Road W, Carlton Joe Davis, age 18 of Pisgah, driving a 2002 Dodge Neon, struck Justine Bailey Mellies, age 33 of Fort Payne, driving a 1983 Chevrolet.  Rebecca Ann Justice, age 18 of Pisgah, passenger in the Neon, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
