Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, 5 X-Box controllers, Popcorn shrimp and 2 packs of spoons were taken, valued at $132.41

Denese Irelan Younger, age 58 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:05 pm

William Cody Ferguson, age 18 of Opelika, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:05 pm

Jimmy Ray Walker, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 6:38 pm

An accident occurred at Wal-Mart parking lot, Rhonda Faye Carter, age 62 of Fort Payne driving a 2013 Toyota Tundra struck pedestrian Louise Springfield Wright, age 80 of Collinsville, Wright was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
