Lost Property – Occurred at 201 45^th Street NE, an iPhone SE was lost, valued at $500.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 920 Forest Ave NW, miscellaneous clothing was taken, valued at $71.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 106 45^th Street NE, a $350.00 transaction was made that was a scam

 

5 Arrests

Oscar Lee Jones Jr, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:14 am

William James Ingle, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:07 am

Madison Shalom Brittingham, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 12:58 pm

Ashton Thomas Jones, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:21pm

Traci Marie Burt, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 8:21 pm

 

2 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and Greenhill Blvd NW, a 17 year old juvenile female of Mentone, driving a 2013 Ford F150 struck Marta Bailey, age 84 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Chevrolet Impala.  Bailey and passenger Ibal DeOrozco Esther, age 62 of Fort Payne, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
